What you are looking at
Cookware collects grease and baked sauce that a flat towel leaves behind. We build these kitchen cloths with wire woven into one face to scrub crust off stainless steel and glass without scratching, backed with soft fiber to wipe away the loosened grease. Rinse under the tap, squeeze dry, and set by the sink.
Scrubbing wire face
A grid of metallized polyester threads catches dried food along the bottom of a pot. The weave scrapes away residue without gouging smooth enamel, seasoned cast metal, or glass cookware.
Microfiber back
The opposite face absorbs runoff and collects loose grease once the crust lifts. Flip the square over to wipe the stove rim or clear water droplets around the faucet.
Wet and dry use
Soak the cloth in sudsy water for skillet bottoms and baked baking dishes. Use it dry across the cooktop to catch breadcrumbs, dry flour dust, and stray seasoning flakes.
Sink routine
Grease washes out of the open weave with warm water and standard dish soap. The thin cloth wrings out tight by hand and dries quickly on the dish rack.
