Getting your order

The short version: we make the tools, our retail partner moves them. Every button on this site opens the product page at their store, and from that point the order is theirs to carry — payment, packing, the truck and the doorbell.

Delivery speed and cost are set by the store at checkout, and they depend on your address and account, not on anything we control. The honest answer to “when will it arrive” is always on their order page, updated as the box moves.

One practical note from the design side: mop sets ship with the pole in sections and the bucket nested. Check the parts against the sheet before the packaging goes out with the recycling — the small clips like to hide in the folds.
