Can the pads go through the washing machine?

Yes, and they should. Ordinary detergent, no fabric softener, and no hot dryer — softener coats the fibers and heat deforms them, and either one turns a grippy pad into a smooth one. Air dry and it comes back like new.

Which floors can a flat mop handle?

All the smooth ones, with the wring doing the deciding. Wrung hard it is safe on laminate; damp it suits sealed hardwood; and on tile you can afford to run it wetter. Our mop match page sorts this out in two questions.

Do replacement pads fit every JOYMOOP mop?

Pads hold on by size, so match the width first — the listing for every pad names the frames it fits. A close-but-wrong pad walks off the frame mid-stroke, which is a lesson nobody needs twice.

Who takes the payment and ships the box?

Our retail partner does. The buttons on this site open the product page at their store, and payment, delivery and the paper trail all live in your account with them.

My spin scrubber slows down when I lean on it. Is it broken?

It is protecting itself. The head cleans by strokes, not by pressure, so let it spin at its own pace and give the cleaner a few minutes to sit before the brush arrives. Leaning harder only stalls the motor.

How many pads should I keep around?

Two per mop is the working minimum: one on the floor, one drying from its wash. Homes with pets or kids do better with three, and matched packs wear at the same rate, which makes their lifespan predictable.
