What you are looking at
These start out flat and dry in the drawer. Drop one into the sink and it swells into a thick, springy block of wood pulp cellulose. It works up a quick lather with a splash of soap, scrubs the skillet without scratching, and rinses clean under the tap.
Natural wood pulp
We make these from cellulose that drinks water fast and springs into a pliable, full block. The sponge holds its shape through heavy dish runs and feels soft in the hand while scrubbing pans.
Thick soapy lather
The open pores catch soap and work up suds right away. It wipes away grease from dinner plates and lifts dried sauce off the stovetop without scratching enamel, ceramic, or nonstick coatings.
Quick sink rinse
Rinse the suds out under the faucet and squeeze the block flat. The material lets water flush straight through, shedding food bits and drying quickly on the edge of the sink without holding sour smells.
Color for each spot
Different shades let you keep one color beside the cutting board, another for greasy skillets, and one dedicated to bathroom basins. When a sponge wears down, grab a fresh flat sheet from the stack.
